Delivery times
Delivery times begin counting from the business day following confirmation and payment of the order, made by consignment or bank transfer. At the time of payment approval, you will receive an email or confirmation via WhatsApp with its validation.
Kontento ® designs in short series and manufactures by hand, so the delivery time of the products is approximately 7 to 15 business days. These delivery times are subject to change without prior notice.
Deliveries cannot be made on an exact schedule, we are subject to vehicular traffic, weather conditions and delays in receiving some of our deliveries. The product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the carrier's guide will be sufficient.
If the product has signs of damage or breaks in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must register it in the carrier's guide as an observation and write to us from Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 6:00pm through our email kontentodesign@gmail.com.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is an independent additional cost, which will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package. This value will be calculated in the purchase process, you will be informed at the time of product settlement, before making payment.
Product change
The maximum period to request the return of a product is (5) business days from receipt of the order.
Within this period, if the customer is not satisfied, they may request a refund of the amount paid for the purchases made, by contacting the email kontentodesign@gmail.com, the cell phone number +57 310 893 3841 or through the contact form on our website.
We will proceed to refund 100% of the price of the product purchased, deducting the logistical costs of the return. In the event that the product is defective or does not conform to what was purchased, the customer will have the right to return the product, where Kontento ® will assume the return costs.

The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and without any degree of use. Restrictions apply.

You must send the request to kontentodesign@gmail.com and once the information is received we will contact you as soon as possible to process your request. The maximum time for the solution of the novelty will be 30 thirty days.
If the change is due to factory defects, the carrier will pick up the product in the same place where it was delivered, we will contact you and send you a new product.
When you deliver the product to the carrier, it must already be properly packaged. You can use the same packaging in which you received the order or you can use one of your preference, however, it is important that the packaging is appropriate according to the nature of the product so that it cannot be affected during the transportation process.
Finishes:
Each Kontento ® design piece is unique and unrepeatable due to the natural variations of the wood grains and color tones that are part of the beauty of the bamboo or teak we use.
Guarantees
All products have a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery for factory defects, any claim will be analyzed by our staff.
The company requests the customer to inspect the products upon receipt; any nonconformity or damage must be reported in writing to the carrier and additionally to the email kontentodesign@gmail.com within the following 24 hours.
The guarantee will not be valid in the following cases: use of the furniture for purposes other than those for which it was designed, falls, knocks and mistreatment of the products, natural wear and tear of the products, direct exposure to snow, rain or sun, treatment with chemical products, moving or moving, and spilled liquids or foods that cause stains.
In guarantees we are not responsible for changes in the original characteristics of the furniture.
